Cancellations

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem!
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it if:

It’s unused and in the original condition

It’s in its original packaging

You have proof of purchase

Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

You’ll only be charged one shipping fee total (this includes returns), and there’s no restocking fee.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and checked your return.
If approved, we’ll send your refund back to your original payment method.
